We are Sarnia Lambton’s leading source for high quality diamonds. We are a direct diamond importer. We travel to the major cutting centres in Antwerp, Belgium to deal directly with the cutters and in doing so we eliminate several "layers" of middlemen. We hand select every single one of our diamonds and no matter what the colour, clarity and price of the diamond, they all have one thing in common....a superior brilliance. As a result, our selection is vast and we are able to sell our diamonds at a significant price advantage. In addition, because we deal directly, we know our sources much better than most jewellers and our diamonds are 100% conflict free.

Pricing


First, let’s say a few things about our pricing philosophy. We are able to buy our diamonds at much better prices for a number of reasons. For one, we really do have a lower overhead. We own our real estate, so we don’t have to worry about high mall rent.

For another, we buy directly from the source. We deal directly with diamond manufacturers in Belgium, and the Canadian Northwest Territories. As well, we are members of IJO, an international group of over 900 independently owned jewellers with tremendous buying power. Lastly, and probably most importantly, we have excellent credit. That is our most effective tool for buying at the best price. How does all this effect you? We pass the savings on to you and it allows us to provide you with a superior diamond at the best possible price. We also believe in honesty in pricing. We don’t put an inflated price on our diamonds, and then "discount" them to the real price. We also show you exactly what you are getting, and put it in writing.

Canadian Diamonds **


We always keep a selection of certified Canadian diamonds in stock. We obtain them from several sources depending on which diamond offers the best value to our clients. Also, we often are able to stock uncertified Canadian diamonds. We've found in recent years that more and more of the diamonds we see in Antwerp are cut from Canadian rough. This makes sense as Canada now supplies close to 30% of the world’s diamonds. Even though they don't come with the certification, they are just as beautiful and considerably less money.

Antwerp Ideal

These premium diamonds represent the very best of the Antwerp diamond cutters. Each diamond is a "hearts and arrows" stone which can only be achieved when it has absolutely perfect symmetry. What does this mean? It means that 98% of the light going into the stone comes out the top for your eye to see (as opposed to the average 40). Each has the coveted AGS triple zero cut rating. They come with an AGS lab report and each is laser inscribed with a serial number. When you buy one, you become the registered owner so each stone can be tracked if lost or stolen.

A Word About Mountings


We stock a large selection of unset and semi-set mountings. If you find one you love, we can usually mount the stone and size the ring while you wait. Most mountings can be modified to suit your tastes, or if you like we will custom design one with the help of our computerized Gemvision Design Studio Virtually anything is possible!

Insurance Documents


Every Grandis diamond comes with a full lab report for your insurance company. We don’t actually underwrite the insurance, but most diamonds can be added to your household insurance for a minimal fee. It includes a full description and picture. We also maintain copies and video archives in our database in case of loss or damage. You are the registered owner of the diamond, and we can help track it through our database.

We are an AGS Certified Gem Lab and our documents *****are recognized anywhere in the world.

Additional Services


We believe a well maintained ring is our best advertising. As long as you own your ring, we will size it, re-tip it if needed, clean and buff it and generally maintain it to keep it looking new and minimize the chances of loss. As well, insurance documents are updated free of charge. You may trade up your diamond at any time.
